The Craft family has been providing the Madison community rental homes and apartments for over fifty years. My grandfather, a builder from Cleveland moved to Madison in the early forties to start a farm. While farming he built cottages for summer vacationers.

After the war and for the next thirty years my father built homes and rental properties in Madison. As a kid, I helped my dad in the summers working on the rentals. I learned early on that maintenance and a personal interest in service is the key to property management.

Today we manage over 150 properties in the Madison, Ohio area. Our staff lives here in Madison. We take pride in our community and we hope that you will consider Madison as your home.
